The hygiene is good, the service attitude is very good, and the staff are very patient. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. You can drink and chat with friends on the balcony at night, listen to the music played in the restaurant, and watch the lawn lights.

Java hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the fact that they did not have any elevators which was difficult for some friends who have difficulties going up several flights.

One of the nicest hotels in the heart of Ilocos. It has the classic filipino style rooms and offers good food, nice bar and is accessible to everything. I will definitely come back here.
